Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Fleetio's lifecycle marketing strategy across funnel stages.
• Design, segment, and optimize nurture and onboarding programs.
• Build data-driven journeys for PLG, mid-market, and enterprise motions.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, RevOps, Sales, and CS teams.
• Improve trial activation, onboarding completion, and conversion rates.
• Create personalized experiences based on behavior and buying intent.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Proven success building lifecycle programs across acquisition to retention.
• Strong experience with PLG and sales-assisted go-to-market motions.
• Deep understanding of trial conversion, onboarding, and engagement.
• Hands-on with Marketo and Salesforce; Gainsight preferred.
• Experience building nurture programs and automated customer journeys.
