Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy end-to-end, from Cloud signup onboarding through activation
• Build behavior-triggered nurture programs that respond to product usage, content engagement, and
• Design and optimize onboarding journeys for ClickHouse Cloud signups, partnering with Growth PMs
• Run always-on nurture for the sales-led funnel, with segmented streams by persona, use case, and
• Build and run a testing roadmap across subject lines, send cadence, content formats, and channel
• Report on lifecycle funnel metrics for PLG and SLG, analyze conversion at each stage, identify

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years owning lifecycle, email, or growth marketing programs (onboarding, activation, nurture
• At least 3 years at a database, data infrastructure, developer tooling, or API company, or another
• Proven track record of building behavior-triggered lifecycle programs that measurably improved
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, run experiments, and make
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create engaging
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs
