📋 Description

• Develop and oversee lifecycle marketing strategies across the company's product portfolio, using
• Define channel strategies, messaging, and communication journeys that support user education
• Manage lifecycle campaigns end to end, from strategic planning and creative briefing to audience
• Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap across lifecycle channels, continuously testing
• Use customer data and behavioral insights to personalize communications and improve the user
• Measure campaign performance, interpret results, and translate findings into actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a demonstrated track record of developing and
• Experience building lifecycle programs and user journeys from the ground up and managing them
• Strong customer-data analysis skills, with the ability to turn behavioral insights into effective
• Extensive experimentation experience, including A/B testing, hypothesis development, performance
• Practical experience using customer engagement platforms (CEPs), such as Braze, to build, execute
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and data tools such as Segment, Mixpanel, and Preset.
