  • Create and optimize automated lifecycle journeys to educate and convert users.
  • Lead lifecycle campaigns from planning to launch, including copy, segmentation, testing, QA, and optimization.
  • Develop programs moving users from free/trial/self-managed to paid, including sales-assisted paths.
  • Partner with Product Growth, SMB Sales, Marketing Ops, Data, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and regional teams on audience strategy and handoffs.
  • Use performance insights to identify gaps and optimize lifecycle programs.
  • Act as an email marketing SME with best practices in creative, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, testing, and execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle, email, CRM, or growth marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong experience building nurture programs, automated journeys, and trigger-based campaigns.
  • Experience onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, or self-service revenue programs.
  • Expertise in Marketo or Iterable: segmentation, dynamic content, testing, QA.
  • Strong email marketing: copy, personalization, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience using campaign or product data to identify opportunities and improve results.
