Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy and execution, covering onboarding, first purchase
• Analyze behavioral data to identify points of disengagement, conversion opportunities, purchasing
• Design and optimize onboarding, abandoned-payment, promotional, offer, and follow-up journeys to
• Develop segmentation, personalization, messaging, and timing strategies to increase purchases
• Build and run structured experiments, measure incremental impact, identify winning approaches, and
• Work hands-on with CRM campaigns by creating segments, journeys, campaign logic, and testing

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience scaling CRM programs and personally driving measurable improvements in
• Strong B2C consumer growth background, ideally within a high-volume subscription business where CRM
• Hands-on ability to build segments, customer journeys, experiments, campaign logic, and analyses
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including translating user behavior into growth
• Comfortable in fast-scaling environments, with a strong sense of ownership, prioritization, and
• Excellent English communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.
