📋 Description

• Own one of EverAI’s biggest growth opportunities: lead strategy and execution across the full CRM
• Use behavioral data to uncover where users lose interest, stop engaging, or miss an opportunity to
• Crack the first-purchase challenge: create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up
• Keep users coming back: increase token purchases, repeat purchasing, retention, reactivation, and
• Test big ideas quickly: build experiments, measure what genuinely moved the numbers, scale winners
• Work with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling, tracking, messages, offers

🎯 Requirements

• Scaled CRM before: can show significant improvements personally driven in revenue, conversion
• Understand consumer growth: worked in a high-volume B2C subscription business where CRM directly
• Think like a builder: can personally create segments, journeys, experiments, campaign logic, and
• Know how to find and prove what works: turn user behavior into ideas and use testing, control
• Move quickly and take ownership: comfortable building without a finished playbook, deciding what
• Communicate clearly and work across teams: collaborate with technical, creative, and commercial
