Senior/Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on exits/settlements.
• Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, gov bodies and unions for compliance.
• Draft termination documents and maintain records with privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Experience managing exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret HR laws/instruments; provide practical solutions.
• ER basics, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus; interest in automation/AI.
