📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for global clients and employees, ensuring compliance.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients through concerns.
• Lead process improvements and automation aligned with lifecycle goals.
• Collaborate with a global Lifecycle team to strengthen compliance and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or employment law are a plus.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and translate issues into practical resources.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent English; extra languages a plus.
