Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits for external Remote employees with compliance.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support to clients.
• Lead meetings on separations and terminations with clients.
• Drive process improvements and automation across Lifecycle.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, and other stakeholders for offboarding.
• Operate autonomously within a fast-paced, remote, international team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations (plus).
• Proven experience managing voluntary/involuntary exits with compliance across jurisdictions.
• Understanding of employee relations principles and progressive discipline.
• Strong communication, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with automation/AI capabilities and async collaboration.
