📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations and transfers with compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees during separations and settlements.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure offboarding and audits compliance.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations; employment law a plus.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and apply practical HR solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills; strong English.
