📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support to clients.
• Drive process improvements in Lifecycle aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, and Benefits for offboarding.
• Influence automation and AI-driven improvements for customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor/Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• HR/labour relations or employment law qualifications a plus.
• Proven experience managing exits (voluntary and involuntary) with compliance.
• Knowledge of ER principles, progressive discipline, investigations.
• Interpret industrial instruments and analyze HR issues.
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
• Innovate and optimize processes; automate where possible.
• Efficient operations with focus on data integrity.
• Tech-savvy; collaborate asynchronously; adapt to new systems.
• Work autonomously in international, asynchronous remote teams; flexible hours.
• Proactive with ownership and accountability.
• Automation and AI fluency.
