Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end international employee exits with minimal supervision across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and contracts ensuring compliance.
• Independently lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and related processes.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure offboarding compliance and audits.
• Draft and administer termination documents; maintain privacy and records accurately.
• Identify opportunities to automate offboarding processes and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations or employment law.
• Proven experience independently managing exits with legal compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations principles and discipline.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and advise on HR issues.
• Excellent communication; ability to lead difficult conversations with professionalism.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
