• Independently manage offboarding of remote employees with compliance.
• Provide ER guidance on jurisdiction-specific HR matters.
• Lead client meetings on separations and terminations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and others to ensure compliance.
• Draft termination documents with privacy in mind.
• Mentor junior staff and escalate issues when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/Business Partner with lifecycle experience
• Exits management across multiple jurisdictions with compliance
• Knowledge of employee relations, discipline, investigations
• Interpret labor instruments; analyze HR issues; provide practical solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation; lead difficult conversations
• English proficiency; other languages a plus
