📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, and contracts.
• Lead client and external employee meetings on terminations and settlements.
• Influence outcomes in complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for compliant offboarding.
• Draft termination documents and maintain confidential employee records.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Qualifications in HR/labour relations/employment law a plus.
• Proven exit management across jurisdictions with compliance.
• Knowledge of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus; openness to automation/AI.
