📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end offboarding across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, and transfers.
• Independently lead client meetings for workforce reductions and settlements.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation within Lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist HR experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations a plus.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Understanding of employee relations principles and disciplinary processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and confidentiality.
• Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously.
