Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees for separations.
• Negotiate favorable outcomes in complex terminations across stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for offboarding.
• Draft termination documents and maintain confidential records.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist HR skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or labor relations are a plus.
• Proven experience managing exits with compliance across jurisdictions.
• Understanding of employee relations principles and investigations.
• Tech-savvy; able to automate processes and integrate AI capabilities.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
