Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Advise on termination, resignation, contracts and transfers ensuring compliance.
• Lead client and employee meetings for separations and settlements.
• Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll, legal counsel, government bodies for compliant offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with lifecycle exposure.
• Tertiary HR, labour relations, or employment law qualifications a plus.
• Proven ability to manage voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Understanding of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; lead difficult conversations.
• Business English; additional languages a plus.
