📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end offboarding with global scope across jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations and transfers.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees.
• Drive process improvements and automation aligned to Lifecycle goals.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal, and other teams to ensure compliance.
• Manage employee records with privacy and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
• University HR/labour relations or employment law background a plus.
• Proven exits management with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong IR principles, discipline, investigations basics.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Automation/AI fluency; proactive problem solving.
