Senior/ Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions; ensure compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees; coordinate terminations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions for offboarding compliance.
• Draft, tailor and administer termination docs; maintain privacy and records.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation within Lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle experience.
• Strong exit management across jurisdictions and legal compliance.
• Interpret industrial instruments; analyze HR issues; practical solutions.
• ER principles and investigations basics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management.
• English business-level; other languages a plus.
