  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions for Remote's clients and employees.
  • Provide HR guidance and manage requests on termination, resignation, contracts, and redundancy with legal compliance.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction discussions and terminations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation within the offboarding and employee relations areas.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with lifecycle experience.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and provide practical solutions.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills for tough conversations.
  • Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
