📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations and transfers.
• Lead client meetings on separations, terminations and settlements.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal and external teams for compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in ER workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/Partner with lifecycle experience.
• Exits experience across jurisdictions with compliance.
• Interpret HR laws, analyze complex issues, provide solutions.
• ER principles and investigations fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality.
• English fluency; extra languages a plus.
