Senior/ Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Guide on terminations, resignations, contracts and transfers.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, government bodies and unions for compliance.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy in mind.
• Drive improvements and automation in offboarding and ER processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR regulations; analyze complex issues.
• Basic understanding of employee relations principles, discipline and investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
