📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Guide clients on HR matters: terminations, resignations, contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees during separations.
• Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, and unions to ensure compliant offboarding.
• Draft termination documents and maintain confidential records.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management for tough conversations.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
• Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities in HR processes.
