🎯 Requirements

Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle expertise.
Proven exits experience with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
Interpret industrial instruments and analyze HR issues.
Knowledge of progressive discipline and workplace investigations.
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
English proficiency; other languages a plus; AI/automation fluent.
