📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, contracts, redundancies.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding and audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in Lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Proven exits management with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret instruments; analyze HR issues; provide practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
• Automation/AI fluency; drive process improvements.
