📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across jurisdictions with compliant offboarding.
• Guide clients on terminations, resignations, transfers, and contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees during separations.
• Influence positive outcomes in complex terminations across stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll, legal, government bodies, and audits for offboarding.
• Draft and tailor termination documents with privacy and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience with voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Interpret HR instruments and analyze complex issues; provide practical solutions.
• Basic understanding of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; confidentiality.
• Business English; additional languages a plus.
• Aptitude to innovate, automate, and AI fluency.
• Ability to work autonomously in an international async remote team.
