Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Offboarding: Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and contracts.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on terminations and settlements.
• Ensure compliance across payroll, legal, government bodies, and unions.
• Draft and administer termination documents with privacy and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate offboarding in the HRIS.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Ability to interpret labor instruments, analyze HR issues, and provide practical solutions.
• Basic understanding of employee relations, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
