Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with compliant offboarding.
• Guide terminations, resignations, contracts, and redundancies with legal compliance.
• Lead client meetings on terminations and settlements; deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and unions for offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents; maintain privacy and data security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to administer offboarding via Remote's HRIS.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and provide practical solutions.
• Understanding of employee relations, discipline, and workplace investigations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus.
