Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits for external employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure legal compliance and provide excellent client service.
• Provide first-line Employee Relations support for clients.
• Guide clients on workplace concerns and coordinate resources.
• Contribute to Lifecycle process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Work asynchronously in an international remote team.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance.
• Interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
• Understanding of ER principles, discipline, and workplace investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus; automation/AI fluency.
