🎯 Requirements

  • HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
  • Exits management experience with compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Interpret HR policies, laws and provide practical solutions to clients.
  • Understanding of discipline and workplace investigations fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality.
  • Business-level English; other languages are a plus.
