Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation and transfer procedures.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees; support separations.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, government bodies and unions to ensure compliance.
• Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in lifecycle processes.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
• Exits management experience with compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret HR policies, laws and provide practical solutions to clients.
• Understanding of discipline and workplace investigations fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality.
• Business-level English; other languages are a plus.
