Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits for Remote's external employees across jurisdictions.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Lead meetings on terminations and manage settlements.
• Help improve processes and automate workflows within Lifecycle.
• Operate in an asynchronous, remote, international team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HRBP across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong background in managing exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interpret HR regulations and provide practical solutions to clients.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy; able to collaborate asynchronously across tools.
• Willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote team.
