Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end exits across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and service.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, contracts, and redundancies.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees during separations and settlements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding and audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in offboarding and ER processes.
• Work autonomously in an international, asynchronous, remote team.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP with generalist lifecycle experience.
• Proven exits experience (voluntary/involuntary) with legal compliance.
• Ability to interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, and propose solutions in ambiguity.
• Basic understanding of ER principles, discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, and confidentiality.
• Business English; additional languages a plus; openness to automation/AI.
