• Design, implement, and oversee Upvest’s liquidity risk framework.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in risk management or treasury in a regulated bank.
• Expertise in European/BaFin frameworks (CRR, LCR, NSFR, ILAAP, MaRisk).
• Technical: quantitative risk models and cash flow forecasting; SQL/Python a plus.
• Project and cross-functional leadership across IT GRC, Outsourcing, Compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication to C-level and partners.
• English fluency; German is a strong advantage.
