📋 Description

• Lead strategic litigation initiatives, improve claims performance, and support the broader claims

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in claims operations, including 5+ years managing and leading teams.
• Deep expertise in Commercial General Liability claims, policy interpretation, and complex claim
• Experience handling construction defect matters, large-loss property damage claims, and complex
• Strong understanding of litigation strategy, claims processes, and insurance industry practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal
