Senior Litigation Paralegal

📋 Description

• Provide senior-level paralegal support across consumer litigation and arbitration, class actions
• Manage matter workflows, calendars, deadlines, legal holds, discovery, regulatory responses, and
• Maintain accurate matter records and data, coordinate with outside counsel and vendors, and support
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting on litigation, legal spending, cycle times, filings
• Design, test, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and agents that improve legal research
• Partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, Finance, People

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including substantial experience supporting complex
• Experience managing litigation processes and deadlines, discovery, document collections and
• Strong project-management skills and a demonstrated ability to independently coordinate multiple
• Experience organizing, analyzing, and reporting on legal or operational data, with strong attention
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-visualization or business-intelligence tools; experience
• Experience using AI-enabled technologies and automation tools, and developing AI agents or other
