📋 Description

• Manage senior living solutions for communities and residents in Howard County, MD.
• Develop and implement customized programs using outcome-driven data analytics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and clients across management levels.
• Lead initiatives to deliver differentiated offerings and excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Doctorate level preferred.
• Demonstrated business development/leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and platforms.
• Experience in the senior living setting.
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience desirable.
