📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads for auto loan refinancing.
• Advise customers on protection products and service contracts.
• Act as a product sales expert to meet elevated sales goals.
• Manage a large pipeline of prospects with steady conversion.
• Work ethically, per lender guidelines and compliance rules.
• Process finance deals through appropriate funding sources.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years refinance experience in a loan officer role.
• Experience handling a high-volume pipeline.
• Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
• Clear communication and active listening.
• Ability to learn new technology and software platforms.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
