Scale loan ops end-to-end; own campaigns engine; lead a team.
Own collateral listing/delisting with Risk; calibrate parameters via intel.

Own UAT for campaign logic (rates, LTV tiers, rewards, attribution).

🎯 Requirements

5–8 years in crypto/fintech/exchange lending.
Proven record shipping multi-team launches with rigorous UAT.
Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets; SQL (BigQuery/MySQL); Looker/Metabase/Tableau.
Solid lending mechanics: LTV, haircuts, liquidation, collateral valuation.
Cross-functional influence with Risk, Treasury, Product, Compliance, Legal.
Clear written comms; fluent English and Mandarin.
