📋 Description

• Manage global localization workflows on Smartling across all markets and locales, with dedicated
• Orchestrate work with our dedicated translation agencies and build deep, collaborative
• Develop and maintain reference materials for linguists, to keep a consistent voice in your locale
• Perform Quality Assurance checks to ensure our comms, resources and UX are of the highest standard
• Adapt and/or review content directly on our TMS (Smartling).
• Test and assess AI-driven workflows to scale our operations and improve efficiency, while

🎯 Requirements

• An Italian localization expert.
• A passion for language, communication, and storytelling.
• A minimum of 5 years hands-on localization experience, with a strong background in translation
• Excellent communication and organization skills. You are capable of carrying out all duties in a
• Solid understanding of CAT tools, including familiarity with MT and AI-driven workflows and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to move from reactive translation management to proactive global strategy
