📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Localization Specialists with data-driven quality improvements.
• Manage and scale freelancer network from sourcing to onboarding and offboarding.
• Translate business goals into localization plans; bridge teams.
• Validate priorities against team capacity and market realities; keep plans ambitious yet feasible.
• Own complex localization challenges including new market launches and AI-human review models.
• Identify recurring quality issues, uncover root causes and implement cross-functional process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in localization, with 3+ in leadership roles.
• Coordinated freelancers across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical instincts: quality scores, OKRs, and delivery data.
• Business-first mindset: connect localization to outcomes and show impact.
• Fluent with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Engineering.
• Proficient with CAT tools, PM systems and AI platforms (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude).
