📋 Description

• As a Senior Logistics & Operations Associate, you will support the execution and optimization
• Serve as a primary point of contact for distribution center partners, supporting outbound logistics
• Monitor order fulfillment performance, identify risks, resolve issues, and improve operational
• Partner with finance and stakeholders to ensure compliance across inventory management, warehouse
• Maintain and improve SOPs, vendor guidelines, routing guides, and operational documentation.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, measure KPIs, and support continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or fulfillment roles, preferably in
• Experience managing operations across ecommerce and/or brick-and-mortar retail environments.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL warehouses, distribution centers, and B2B order fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, freight logistics, and retailer
• Experience with ERP systems, WMS, and advanced Excel; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to analyze operational metrics, identify trends, investigate root causes, and implement
