Senior M365 System Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement and tune high-availability back-office systems securely.
• Manage identity and collaboration platforms: M365, Azure AD, AD, Okta.
• Configure infrastructure services: AD, DHCP, DNS and mail across regions.
• Drive infrastructure projects across data centre, AWS and Azure.
• Use IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and IaC to automate capacity and performance.
• Mentor teammates and act as escalation point for complex issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise systems engineering or similar.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, identity mgmt.
• Hands-on in AWS/Azure, IaC, and scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience on Microsoft and Linux infra, SOEs and virtual desktops.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) governance and security.
• Analyze and resolve performance issues; document designs; communicate clearly.
