Senior M365 Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead modernization of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform).
• Design and maintain collaboration architectures, governance, and automation.
• Develop solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, PnP PowerShell, Graph API.
• Partner with security, cloud, compliance, and business teams for secure operations.
• Support security and compliance across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices; troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma with relevant experience, or Bachelor's with M365 experience.
• 5+ years designing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, administration, governance, and migrations.
• Proficiency with OneDrive for Business, Power Apps, Power Automate, PnP PowerShell, Graph API.
• Experience with compliance/security frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, or CIS.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; able to work with stakeholders.
