Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop CV models and pipelines for biometrics use cases.
• Benchmark models across datasets and operating conditions.
• Train and optimize models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or JAX.
• End-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment; Airflow.
• Optimize for low-latency inference (quantization, TensorRT/ONNX) on AWS.
• Mentor ML engineers and drive best practices across the CV team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ML with CV focus (classification, detection, segmentation, quality)
• Strong CV fundamentals.
• Fairness and ethics: awareness of bias and fairness practices.
• Strong Python engineering: Pillow, OpenCV, PyTorch; production-ready code.
• Systems architecture: ML pipelines and Airflow.
• Cloud native: GPU training and AWS deployments.
