Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Own evaluation and optimization of speech-oriented AI models across languages.
• Design and maintain a speech test suite covering quality, cost, latency.
• Monitor for state-of-the-art transcription and speech-to-speech models.
• Develop techniques to optimize model usage for deployment.
• Produce quantitative evaluation reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the broader model evaluation framework for NLR.

🎯 Requirements

• MS in computer science, electrical engineering, computational linguistics, or related field with focus on speech.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with speech AI systems (ASR, TTS, or S2S).
• Experience designing evaluation methodologies or test suites for AI systems.
• LoRA/PEFT for speech models and inference optimization.
• GPU cost modeling; cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience.
• Python proficiency and familiarity with speech processing libraries.
