📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from training to production
• Productize pricing and underwriting models at scale
• Improve accuracy, latency, and reduce infrastructure costs
• Collaborate with Expert Pricers to inform model improvements
• Design experiments and backtesting to validate features
• Own pricing APIs on AWS for scalable low-latency serving

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years engineering; 5+ years shipping production ML/AI
• Python/SQL in production; feature-engineering pipelines
• Train/validate gradient-boosted or ensemble models with tuning
• Leverage LLMs, foundation models for internal tools and prod use
• MLflow or similar for experiment tracking and registry
• Own production model-serving on AWS; scale and memory/timeout fixes
• CI/CD pipelines, orchestration, and IaC for cloud infra
• Pragmatic, value-driven, incremental delivery
