📋 Description

• Design and build ML platform components for agentic systems (retrieval pipelines, indexing).
• Operationalize RAG use cases (data sourcing, embeddings, retrieval).
• Develop evaluation frameworks for LLM/agent features (offline metrics, datasets, monitoring).
• Create abstractions and tooling to enable ML/LLM-powered experiences.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to productionize ML features with reliability.
• Prototype applied ML solutions to validate feasibility before full builds.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a ML Engineer focused on production systems.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills with ML workflows in Mastra or similar toolkits.
• Experience with retrieval systems, vector databases, or RAG architectures.
• Experience integrating ML/LLM features into production applications.
• Knowledge of ML evaluation techniques, experimentation design, and failure analysis.
• Ability to lead complex projects, make practical trade-offs, and work independently.
