Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services: feature store, real-time inference
• Run and monitor online AB tests via platform services; analyze metrics and KPIs to optimize
• Collaborate with US-based engineering and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into
• Enhance ML platform ecosystem to support developer velocity, scalability, and future needs
• Contribute to onboarding, training, and mentoring on platform engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software solutions to concrete problems
• Strong CS fundamentals; able to write algorithms with ease
• Fluent in Java, Scala, Kotlin, or Python
• Experience with big data systems (Spark, Kafka, Flink, S3, Airflow)
• Familiar with ML frameworks/tools: Ray, PyTorch, HuggingFace, AWS SageMaker
• AI literacy and curiosity; exposure to Gen AI in work or personal projects
