Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement and refine DL pipelines on distributed platforms to speed training.
• Collaborate with ML scientists and engineers to align pipelines with goals.
• Monitor and optimize DL training pipelines for performance.
• Stay up to date with AI/ML advancements and new tools.
• Develop robust and reproducible DL pipelines with consistent results.
• Drive performance via profiling, optimization, benchmarking, and caching.
• Bridge engineering and scientific teams, sharing best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or equivalent in CS, Stats, Math, or related field with AI/ML focus.
• 5+ years post-MS experience building AI/ML software pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of other languages (Java, Julia, C/C++).
• Strong ML/DL fundamentals with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with Ray/DeepSpeed and ML tools (TensorBoard, Wandb, MLflow).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying models.
• Docker and Kubernetes for deploying scalable ML/AI solutions.
• Proven track record building/optimizing DL workflows and large models.
