Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and scale ML systems for search, personalization, and recommendations.
• Develop evaluation-first workflows to measure teaching efficiency and outcomes.
• Fine-tune models with feedback from teachers and students to align with goals.
• Design discovery pipelines with semantic retrieval and real-time personalization.
• Build agentic assistants to help teachers plan lessons and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and curriculum teams to translate goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ML experience with large, complex datasets; 1–2 years in leadership.
• Proven track record deploying ML/AI systems in production.
• Strong Python, SQL, Pandas; scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Deep expertise in modern DL frameworks and advanced LLM architectures.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs, prompts, embeddings, and inference optimization.
• Familiarity with PEFT, LoRA, or RLHF.
